PrivateVPN has been awesome for the past few years we've had it. I ran into a problem recently that I hesitated to report, thinking it would take ages to resolve, but Ferdinand took care of it in just a few minutes.

"Trustworthy Service from PrivateVPN"
I've never faced any issues with the app itself, just connecting to different websites. Lately, I couldn't access a site I really like. I tried all kinds of workarounds. I reached out to PrivateVPN's support, and they recommended a straightforward solution, but sadly, it didn't do the trick. Turns out, the site I was trying to access had changed how it operated. Carlo, the support rep, was persistent. Eventually, he accessed my computer remotely, performed some kind of magic, and everything was back to normal. Honestly, if every support team was as helpful as this one, a lot more folks would be a whole lot happier.

They're looking into a fix for a connection issue. I got straightforward guidance from Carlo regarding a settings adjustment. Once I followed Carlo's advice, I was able to reconnect. Ever since the issue popped up, the Private VPN Support Team has kept the lines of communication open. Bill Phelps

"Streaming? Not So Fast!"
I’m a bit annoyed by how the promises made on the site and in reviews just don’t hold up or are misleading. For instance, they talk about using streaming services while on the go, but you can’t get into your Netflix or Amazon Prime. It just won’t let you. Since that’s one of their major selling points, I’m left wondering what else might not be as good as they say. I really wish I had been aware of this before I bought the three-year plan.

While PrivateVPN may not boast as many servers as some other VPN services, you really only need one that functions well for the country you wish to access. Generally, the speed is pretty solid; I can't recall ever facing an issue there. However, what stands out the most for me is their customer service. I had a chat with Dale today, and he provided exactly the info I was looking for. I've been a PrivateVPN user for over three years now and I'm gearing up to renew for another three years (at an awesome price, if I do say so).
